Support Options

We understand that no matter how intuitive Omni Accounts might be there will always be a need for comprehensive and professional support. We offer a few different support options to help you to get started. We have the option to get personal support as well as support via email. Our Support Consultants are trained to answer all your Omni Accounts-related questions and will endeavour to assist with any technical queries.


First 30 days free support.

This only applies to single-user Essential and Trader Bundles.  To help new users get started, support for a period of thirty days from the date of software registration is free. Thereafter ree email support is available with a turnaround time of 3 business days.

All other bundles fall under an an ALF.


Annual Licence Fee (ALF)

The ALF is mandatory on all bundles with the exception of single-user Essential and Trader Bundles.

Support for older software versions

Unfortunately, it is impossible for us to support all older versions of the software.

Currently, we only support Omni Accounts Versions 7.15.62 and later.
