In my experiences with various accounting packages for the medium sized businesses, I have found that the support is either inadequate and cannot cope with the unique requirements of a business, or that such support is available but at exorbitant rates. So far I feel that Omni is stable enough for our business and I hope this remains when operated on a multi-user base in a network. It is also easy enough for me to make certain customisations myself."

Furthermore, the thoroughness of the professional backup support team leaves me with a feeling of having made a worthwhile investment."
