This switch enables communications. A communication can be linked to all or one of the following:-
- One or more Customer or Supplier Accounts.
- One or more Contacts.
- One or more Documents.
Communications are automatically created whenever a Customer or Supplier document, Statement or Job Card is emailed, but they can also be manually created.
Communications can be used to manage:-
- Credit Control follow ups
- Sales Quotes follow ups
- Purchasing follow ups
- Anny communications had with Customers or Suppliers
