Do I need to pay anything to be able to work in the new financial year?

None of the Omni Bundles will require any payment for you to able to process in the new Financial Year.  This means that if a new year has started and you cannot process, it is more likely that you need to allow processing in the new financial year. See the section, I need to process for the next Financial year, but the menu options are all greyed out. If your Annual Licece fee is due and has not been paid, then a different issue and you will need to contact registrations@omniaccounts.co.za.
