Training Course Terms & Conditions
- Your place on the course is only secured upon the completed and signed Quote, that will be sent to you. The Quote is to be returned in full (all 4 pages) along with the proof of payment.
- Please e-mail training@omniaccounts.co.za with a copy of the completed and signed Quote including your proof of payment.
- Kindly use your Quote or Account Number as a reference number when making payment.
- A Tax Invoice will be issued on receipt of full payment of the Quote.
- Please ensure that forex transaction charges are charged to your own account, as C and A Kudla Services (Pty) Ltd does not accept any forex charges for payments received for goods or services.
- Bookings and payment must be made by 12pm SAST, 2 business days before the event.
- All our Training Courses are held online using Zoom.
- You will be sent the link 2 business days prior to the date of the course and a PDF manual will be supplied to each delegate.
- Candidates must log in at least 10 minutes early.
- Candidates will not be admitted if they try and log in ten (10) minutes after the course has started.
- A Certificate of Attendance will be issued to each delegate who completes the course
- We reserve the right to postpone or cancel the course based on circumstances beyond our control, in which event a full credit will be processed.
PLEASE NOTE: We cannot be held responsible for any problems candidates may experience due to connectivity issues or load shedding. Should you cancel or postpone a booking within 2 business days of the scheduled course start date, and fail to appoint a substitute, the full course fee will be forfeited without remission to defray wasted costs. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, should any delegate, or nominated substitute, fail to attend training on the scheduled dates or not adhere to the T&Cs, the full course fee will be forfeited without remission.
