This switch allows you to create templates for the most common formats of your Customer Documents. You can then create any Customer Document from a template.
For businesses that mostly invoice out similar types of invoices, this can cut out much time spent re-entering information.
For example, if you were a garage and had three different types of Service comprised of different stock and service items that you offered customers, you could then set up Invoice Templates for these Service options.
When you wish to invoice, you would merely choose the Invoice from the Template menu option, select the relevant template and customer account number, make any changes or additions to the Invoice that may be required and then process the invoice.
