Use a memo field to store information on each Supplier account. There is also a pop-up option which will mean the notes will appear each time the supplier’s account is accessed, for example when placing an order.
This switch allows you to store data about each supplier account.
The pop-up memo option can be activated when you want the message to appear whenever a supplier’s account is accessed.
You can also enter a hyperlink into a memo, for example, a link to a document or a web site.
