Enables you to create a ‘spread sheet’ effect with Omni Accounts giving you the ability to manipulate the data on the screen by the moving and resizing of columns, the ability to sort columns in terms of ascending/descending and alphabetical order as well as the ability to add or remove columns. Further to this, you will have the ability to save up to five different layouts of the grid.

This Switch allows you to set up the columns on the grid according to YOUR preferences. Once you have finished customising the columns these properties will be stored on the machine and ’remembered’ each time you go back to the screen.

This layout is machine-specific thereby allowing individual users to set up columns to their own specifications.

The same applies to column widths and sort orders. You are able to sort the information displayed in the grid by their headers. i.e. Click on the account code heading to sort the information into account code order. Control and click on the header to un-sort the information.

You can add fields into the grid. From the customise box, simply drag a column from the box to the column headings on the grid. Similarly, dragging the headings to a new position in the heading bar can change the order in which the columns are displayed.
