Sub-Job Categories enable you to group costs within a job. A Sub-Job Category must be linked to a Job Category.
This switch allows you to define Sub Job Categories that are linked to a Job Category. You can assign these Sub Job Categories to all costs accumulated against a job.
Benefits :
- This enables you to group costs posted against a job into sub-job categories within the job.
- Can set the use of Sub Job Categories to mandatory so that errors in assigning costs are minimised
