Stock Categories can be further divided into Sub-Categories.

Benefits:

  • Can be used for grouping items that are interchangeable ie  1L Full Cream yoghurt – with separate stock code for Strawberry, Peach and Vanilla can be grouped into a Stock Sub-Category.
  • Can search, report and group data using the Sub-Categories.
  • Can be used when defining Customer Deals (see Switch 106) and Sub-Deals (See Switch 232).

SF025 Stock Category

Group your stock items into user-definable categories (i.e. different type of stock items like tools and paint) and extract reports on these categories.

SF024 Stock Control

The Stock Module allows you to capture stock items, their descriptions and prices. It will allow you to track levels and can be linked to both customers and suppliers. It is the base switch for Stock management.

SF106 Customer Price Matrix/Deals*

Complimentary Switch
Create a deal or special price/discount/markup per customer per stock item. Deals can also be created for a specific time period as well as specific stock categories, customer categories, branches and region.

SF232 Sub Deals*

Complimentary Switch
Used where your Customer Deal is a volume deal but NOT for a specific stock code, but for any stock code within a Stock Sub-Category, then the volume discount can apply to multiple lines by activating the “Sub Deals” switch.
